How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

We will dispatch your order within 24-48 hours, the following transit time will apply, depending on which shipping option you have selected...

Australia Wide |

Standard Shipping | your parcel is expected to arrive within approx. 5-10 business days

Express Shipping | your parcel is expected to arrive within approx. 2-3 business days

Due to Covid-19 Australia Post are currently experiencing an increase in delivery delays.
At present, delivery times may be greater than our usual 5-10 business days.  

International |

Standard Air Mail | your parcel is expected to take 10-14 business days, unfortunately due to the global pandemic shipping delays have become more common. Please understand it may take longer to arrive at your destination country.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for any additional charges at your destination country (e.g. custom taxes and fees.)

We do not ship to PO BOX or Parcel Lockers.

Dispatch Time from warehouse – Non-peak is 1-3 business days, Peak is 2-5 business days.

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide metropolitan areas: 2 - 5 days

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane outer metropolitan/regional areas: 3 - 7 days

QLD, NSW, VIC, SA regional and TAS: 5 - 7 days

WA and NT: 7 - 14 days

Please note we do not ship to extremely remote regional areas. You will be notified if we are unable to ship to your postcode and a full refund will be issued if we cannot assist with delivery. In some instances our courier can delivery to a nearby town/area, we will communicate this with you if this is the case and we will wait to hear if you would like us to arrange nearby delivery or issue a full refund.

 

Authority To Leave:

The freight companies we use offer 'ATL' (Authority To Leave). This means driver will leave the rug somewhere safe if you will not be at home at time of delivery. Once the rug has been delivered to you, we are unfortunately not able to assist in the event of rug being stolen or going missing.
