INGREDIENTS | Organic Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus), Organic Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare). Organic Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), Organic Nettle (Urtica dioica), Organic Caraway (Carum carvi), Organic Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Organic Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
DIRECTIONS |
Place 1 teaspoon of dried herb into an infuser, teapot or plunger.
Add 1 cup of freshly boiled water.
Steep for 5-10 minutes.
Strain. Enjoy hot or cold.
Drink 1-3 cups per day.
